Кваліфікаційна робота на тему «Обґрунтування складу та промислова
технологія виготовлення лікарської форми – гелю тонізуючої дії» виконана на
кафедрі фармацевтичної хімії та технології ліків Одеського національного
медичного університету.
Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ОКР «Магістр» складається з вступу, 3
глав, висновків та списку літератури. Робота представлена на 57 сторінках,
містить 3 схеми, 10 рисунків і 35 джерел літератури.
Дана робота присвячена розробці складу та технології тонізуючого гелю
для вмивання на основі кореню цикорію дикого (Cichorium intybus L)
«Cichoriaskin gel» й обґрунтування доцільності його використання для догляду
за чутливою шкірою обличчя.
Спираючись на відомі дані про лікарські властивості цикорію дикого
Cichorium intybus L було визначено оптимальну рецептуру тонізуючого гелю
для вмивання, який включає: сухий екстракт з коренів цикорію дикого,
димексид, гліцерин, метилпарабен, суміш ПЕО, ефірна олія мандаринова й вода
очищена.
Розроблено оптимальну технологію виготовлення в промислових умовах
тонізуючого гелю для вмивання «Cichoriaskin gel» та методику контролю
якості.
Опираючись на оптимально підібраний якісний склад, новостворений
тонізуючий гелю для вмивання «Cichoriaskin gel» може бути використаний для
догляду за чутливою шкірою обличчя та схильного до запальних процесів.
Отримані результати досліджень можуть бути використані в навчальному
процесі кафедри фармацевтичної хімії та технології ліків під час викладання
дисципліни «Промислова технологія».
The qualification work on the topic ‘Substantiation of the composition and
industrial technology for the manufacture of a dosage form - a tonic gel’ was
performed at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Technology of
Odesa National Medical University.
The qualification work for the Master's degree consists of an introduction, 3
chapters, conclusions and a list of references. The work is presented on 54 pages,
contains 3 diagrams, 10 figures and 35 references.
The present work is devoted to the development of the composition and
technology of a tonic cleansing gel based on the root of wild chicory (Cichorium
intybus L) «Cichoriaskin gel» and the justification of its use for the care of sensitive
skin.
Based on the known data on the medicinal properties of wild chicory
Cichorium intybus L, the optimal formulation of a tonic gel for washing was
determined, which includes: dry extract from the roots of wild chicory, dimexide,
glycerin, methylparaben, a mixture of PEO, mandarin essential oil and purified water.
The optimal technology for the production of “Cichoriaskin gel” tonic wash in
industrial conditions and the quality control methodology were developed.
Based on the optimally selected quality composition, the newly developed
tonic gel for washing «Cichoriaskin gel» can be used for the care of sensitive skin
and skin prone to inflammatory processes.
The obtained research results can be used in the educational process of the
Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Technology in teaching the
discipline «Industrial drug technology».
