Rationale for the composition and manufacturing technology of anti-inflammatory combined gel for the relief of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms: qualification work for obtaining the qualification of «Master» in speciality 226 «Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy»

Abstract

The work is done at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Technology of Odessa National Medical University. Qualification work on the health of the OCD «Magistr» consists of an introduction, a literature review, a section on experimental research, general conclusions, a list of references. The main content of the qualification work is set out on 37 pages. The work is illustrated with 3 tables, 6 figures, 1 diagram and contains 35 sources of literature. This work is devoted to the study of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of raw materials of Consumables, obtaining a liquid extract and developing on its basis a dental gel for the treatment of dental diseases on the background of diabetes. Based on the analysis of literature sources and prediction of BAS raw materials, the preparation of dry extracts of Borago officinalis herb and Salviae officinalis folium and the development of a combined gel based on it for the treatment and relief of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Based on the analysis of literature sources, the presence of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, wound healing, aseptic, antibacterial and antispasmodic activity in plants was confirmed. Based on the known data on medicinal substances, the optimal gel formulation was established, which includes dry extracts of Borago officinalis herb and Salviae officinalis folia, hydroxymethylcellulose, PEG-40, methyl salicylate, nipagine, 95% ethanol and aqua purificata was developed. The technology of manufacturing the combined gel in industrial conditions and methods of quality control are proposed. Based on the quality composition, the gel can be used to treat and alleviate symptoms of joint diseases The results of the obtained research can be used in the educational process of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Technology during the teaching of the discipline «Industrial Drug Technology».

Робота виконана на кафедрі фармацевтичної хімії та технології ліків Одеського національного медичного університету. Кваліфікаційна робота на тему «Здоров'я ОКР “Магістр” складається зі вступу, огляду літератури, розділу експериментальних досліджень, загальних висновків, списку використаних джерел. Основний зміст кваліфікаційної роботи викладено на 37 сторінках. Робота ілюстрована 3 таблицями, 6 рисунками, 1 діаграмою та містить 35 літературних джерел. Дана робота присвячена вивченню хімічного складу та фармакологічної дії сировини збору, отриманню рідкого екстракту та розробці на його основі стоматологічного гелю для лікування стоматологічних захворювань на тлі цукрового діабету. На основі аналізу літературних джерел та прогнозування БАР сировини БАС одержання сухих екстрактів трави бораго лікарського та листя шавлії лікарської та розробка на їх основі комбінованого гелю для лікування та полегшення симптомів ревматоїдного артриту. На основі аналізу літературних джерел підтверджено наявність у рослин протизапальної, знеболювальної, ранозагоювальної, асептичної, антибактеріальної та спазмолітичної активності. На основі відомих даних про лікарські речовини встановлено оптимальну рецептуру гелю, до складу якого входять сухі екстракти трави Borago officinalis та листя Salviae officinalis, гідроксиметилцелюлоза, ПЕГ-40, метилсаліцилат, ніпагін, 95% етанол та вода очищена. Запропоновано технологію виготовлення комбінованого гелю в промислових умовах та методи контролю якості. Виходячи з якісного складу, гель може бути використаний для лікування та полегшення симптомів захворювань суглобів Результати отриманих досліджень можуть бути використані в навчальному процесі кафедри фармацевтичної хімії та технології ліків при викладанні дисципліни «Промислова технологія ліків».
