Кваліфікаційна робота на ступень магістра на тему «Розробка складу та
технології виготовлення седативного фітопрепарату на основі лікарської
рослинної сировини рослинного походження» присвячена теоретичному
обґрунтуванню та розв’язанню задачі цілеспрямованого пошук оптимального
складу седативного лікарського засобу з компонентним складом з лікарської
рослинної сировини та розробці технології виготовлення седативного збору в
промислових умовах.
Проведено дослідження фармацевтичного ринку України. Вивчено лікарські
перспективні рослини для створення седативного збору, визначено їх хімічний
склад та фармакологічні властивості. Особливу увагу приділено вираженій
седативній, анксіолітичній та спазмолітичній дії таких рослин: Leonurus
quinquelobatus Gilib., Humulus lupulus L., Tilia cordata Mill., Matricaria
chamomilla L, Thymus vulgaris L. та Passiflora incarnata L. Розроблено
оптимальний склад седативного збору. Склад збору підібрано таким чином, щоб
забезпечити синергічну дію компонентів для досягнення комплексного
седативного ефекту. Розроблено основні технологічні стадії аптечного
виробництва збору у формі фільтр-пакетів з дотриманням вимог фармакопейних
стандартів якості.
Запропоновано склад та обрано лікарську форму – лікарській трав'яний збір
у формі фільтр-пакетів.
The master's thesis on “Development of composition and manufacturing
technology of a sedative herbal medicine based on medicinal plant raw materials of
plant origin” is devoted to theoretical substantiation and solution of the problem of
targeted search for the optimal composition of a sedative medicine with a component
composition of medicinal plant raw materials and development of technology for the manufacture of a sedative collection in industrial conditions.
A study of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine was conducted. Medicinal
plants with promising potential for the creation of a sedative collection were studied,
their chemical composition and pharmacological properties were determined.
Particular attention is paid to the pronounced sedative, anxiolytic and spasmolytic
effects of such plants: Leonurus quinquelobatus Gilib., Humulus lupulus L., Tilia
cordata Mill., Matricaria chamomilla L, Thymus vulgaris L. and Passiflora incarnata
L. The optimal composition of the sedative collection was developed. The composition
of the collection is selected in such a way as to ensure the synergistic effect of the
components to achieve a complex sedative effect. The main technological stages of
pharmacy production of the collection in the form of filter bags in compliance with the
requirements of pharmacopoeial quality standards have been developed.
The composition and dosage form of the herbal preparation in the form of filter
bags were proposed and selected.
