Психологічний профіль успішного керівника закладом охорони здоровʼя: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня магістр

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню та обґрунтуванню шляхів удосконалення психологічного профілю керівника закладу охорони здоров'я. У роботі розкрито ключові аспекти емоційного інтелекту, стресостійкості, лідерських і комунікаційних навичок як необхідних складових для ефективного керування медичним закладом. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу управлінських процесів та розвитку персоналу на прикладі КНП «Міська клінічна лікарня №1» в Одесі. У роботі проведено SWOT-аналіз діяльності лікарні, визначено основні виклики та можливості для вдосконалення управління. Надано загальну характеристику організаційної структури лікарні та проведено оцінку професійних якостей керівництва. Розроблено комплексні рекомендації щодо розвитку психологічного профілю керівників, включаючи впровадження програм з емоційного інтелекту, практик міндфулнесу та навчання лідерським навичкам. Обґрунтовано необхідність запровадження регулярної оцінки управлінських процесів, зворотного зв’язку та індивідуальних планів розвитку для керівників. Вказано на важливість створення сприятливої корпоративної культури та розвитку внутрішньої комунікації для підвищення ефективності управління. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління закладом охорони здоров’я. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи та практичні аспекти формування психологічного профілю керівника КНП «Міська клінічна лікарня №1». Наукова новизна роботи полягає у розробці практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення психологічного профілю керівників медичних закладів на основі сучасних підходів до управління емоціями, лідерством і стресостійкістю.

This qualification thesis is devoted to the study and substantiation of ways to improve the psychological profile of a health care institution leader. The research highlights key components essential for effective management in the medical sector–namely, emotional intelligence, stress resistance, leadership, and communication skills. Special attention is given to the analysis of managerial processes and personnel development, using the case of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Clinical Hospital No. 1" in Odesa. The thesis includes a SWOT analysis of the hospital’s operations, identifying major challenges and opportunities for improving management practices. It provides an overview of the hospital’s organizational structure and evaluates the leadership’s professional competencies. Based on the findings, comprehensive recommendations are developed for enhancing the psychological profile of medical leaders, including the implementation of emotional intelligence training programs, mindfulness practices, and leadership development courses. The study substantiates the need for regular assessment of management processes, the introduction of feedback systems, and individualized development plans for executives. The importance of cultivating a supportive corporate culture and enhancing internal communication to increase management effectiveness is also emphasized. The object of the study is the management process within a health care institution. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of forming the psychological profile of the leader of MNE "City Clinical Hospital No. 1". The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of practical recommendations for improving the psychological profile of health care leaders based on modern approaches to emotional regulation, leadership, and stress resilience.
