Розкрито сутність, особливості та економіко-правові основи телемедицини. Розглянуто тенденції розвитку телемедицини. Визначено законодавчу та нормативну базу телемедичних послуг. Наведено загальну характеристику підприємства Центр реконструктивної та відновної медицини (Університетська клініка). Проведено аналіз впровадження телемедицини на базі Центру реконструктивної та відновної медицини (Університетська клініка) Досліджено можливості застосування телемедичних послуг на базі досліджуваного підприємства. Проведено дослідження міжнародного досвіду використання телемедичних послуг. Розроблено план заходів що до упровадження послуг телемедицини у Центрі реконструктивної та відновної медицини (Університетська клініка). Наукова новизна полягає в розробці теоретичних положень та обґрунтуванні рекомендацій у питаннях упровадження послуг телемедицини в закладі , який не має досвіду в цій галузі.
This qualification thesis is devoted to summarizing the theoretical foundations and substantiating recommendations for the implementation of telemedicine services in health care institutions. The essence, specific features, and economic and legal foundations of telemedicine are disclosed. The development trends of telemedicine are explored, and the legislative and regulatory framework governing telemedicine services is identified.
A general description of the Center for Reconstructive and Restorative Medicine (University Clinic) is provided. An analysis of the implementation of telemedicine at this center is carried out, and the potential for applying telemedicine services at the facility is examined. The thesis also includes a study of international experience in the use of telemedicine services.
An action plan for introducing telemedicine services at the Center for Reconstructive and Restorative Medicine (University Clinic) has been developed.
