Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено оцінці діючої системи управління закладами охорони здоров'я, виявленню сильних, слабких сторін, основних проблем, дослідженню міжнародного досвіду з управління для подальшої адаптації до українських умов, оптимальних механізмів фінансування медичних установ, розробці рекомендацій. Об’єктом дослідження є система управління закладами охорони здоров’я в умовах реалізації медичної реформи України, що є важливим в осмисленні впливу реформи на ефективність та якість медичних послуг. Предметом дослідження є механізми удосконалення системи управління закладами охорони здоров’я в рамках медичної реформи, що спрямований на зростання якості, доступності медичних послуг та сприятиме більш ефективному використанню ресурсів, забезпеченню стійкості системи охорони здоров'я в Україні. Робота спрямована на виявлення проблемних аспектів управління закладами охорони здоров’я в Україні та розробку шляхів їх вирішення. Оцінено вплив медичної реформи на систему управління закладами охорони здоров’я, визначено її недоліки та потенціал для розвитку. Запропоновані заходи дозволять підвищити ефективність управління закладами охорони здоров’я та покращити якість медичного обслуговування населення в Україні. Наукова новизна полягає у формуванні теоретичних засад та розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення функціонування закладів охорони здоров’я в контексті впровадження медичної реформи в Україні.
This qualification thesis is devoted to assessing the current management system of healthcare institutions, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and key issues, examining international management practices for potential adaptation to the Ukrainian context, analyzing optimal financing mechanisms for medical institutions, and developing recommendations.
The object of the research is the management system of healthcare institutions under the implementation of healthcare reform in Ukraine, which is essential for understanding the reform’s impact on the efficiency and quality of healthcare services.
The subject of the research is the mechanisms for improving the management system of healthcare institutions within the framework of the healthcare reform, aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of medical services, promoting more efficient resource use, and ensuring the sustainability of the Ukrainian healthcare system.
