Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено удосконаленню системи управління медичними закладами на основі управління інноваційною діяльністю; обґрунтуванню напрямків удосконалення управління медичним закладом; аналізу ролі інновацій у зростанні якості медичного обслуговування в медичних закладах; розробці рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи мотивації для медичних працівників. Об’єктом дослідження є система управління закладами охорони здоров’я. У роботі проаналізовано роль інновацій у зростанні якості медичного обслуговування населення та виконано аналіз перспектив розвитку нових видів медичних послуг, проаналізовано структуру медичних послуг медичного центру. Здійснено аналіз КНП «КДЦ №6» ОМР. Досліджено механізми інноваційного розвитку медичних закладів охорони здоров’я, джерела та інструменти фінансування, визначено їхні переваги та недоліки.
The qualification thesis is dedicated to improving the management system of medical institutions based on the management of innovative activities; substantiating directions for enhancing the management of a medical institution; analyzing the role of innovation in improving the quality of healthcare services in medical institutions; and developing recommendations for improving the motivation system for medical personnel.
The object of the research is the management system of healthcare institutions.
The paper analyzes the role of innovation in increasing the quality of healthcare services and explores the prospects for the development of new types of medical services. The structure of medical services in the medical center is also examined.
A detailed analysis of Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise “Consultative and Diagnostic Center No. 6” of Odesa City Council is conducted. The study investigates mechanisms of innovative development in healthcare institutions, as well as the sources and tools of funding, identifying their advantages and disadvantages.
