Objectivе. Under the influence on negative pathogenic factors, which certainly include&#13;
war, changes on the central nervous system of a pregnant woman can lead to a violation on&#13;
physiologic aladaptation mechanisms and affect gestational dominance (GD), the study of the&#13;
characteristics of which became the aim of the research.&#13;
Method. On April 7, 2022, the «Renaissance» project was started at the Maternity Hospital&#13;
No. 5 in Odessa (Ukraine), aimed at providing medical and social support to pregnant and&#13;
postpartum women. А prospective study of the psychosomatic state of women is being conducted&#13;
through online surveys using the Dobryakov-Arshavsky questionnaire and the provision of&#13;
appropriate medical and psychological assistance. As of November 1, 2024, 731 women took part&#13;
in the project, including 465 (63.6%) pregnant and 266 (36.4%) postpartum women. There were&#13;
138 (18.9% - Group I) women living in the active hostilities zone (AНZ), 504 (68.9% - Group II) –&#13;
outside the AНZ in Ukraine and 89 (12.22% - Group III) – displaced women living outside&#13;
Ukraine.

Introduction. The microbiome's composition is changed both in the process of human&#13;
evolution and personally and in different periods of a person’s life. However, on the other hand,&#13;
the microbiome is influenced by the specific environment in which a person lives. It consists of a&#13;
certain collection of genomes of all microorganisms. Complications during pregnancy occur&#13;
frequently, according to statistics – in every sixth pregnant woman, and pose a danger to the health&#13;
of the mother and child.&#13;
Aim. The thesis are devoted to the modern scientific publications review about female&#13;
microbiome and its importance in obstetrical and perinatal practice, focusing on obstetrical and&#13;
perinatal complications.
