In the article presents the literature review some of controversial issues
causal analysis in the present practice of forensic examination. Proposed a systematic
approach as innovative logic-philosophical instrument improvement of orthodox
causal analysis. The solution of many practical problems and research expert forensic natural
connections depends on the choice of logical and philosophical model of causality.
Descriptive and explanatory function of scientific theories led to historically

При моделировании условно-причинной детерминации травмы
апробирован мониторинг с использованием понятий теории обусловливания.
В травматическом процессе исследованы необходимые и достаточные условия
