Для изучения вегетативного
регулирования (в том числе, процессов
адаптации) оценивалось мозговое
кровообращение с помощью УЗДГ в
системе внутренней сонной артерии
(ВСА). Церебральный кровоток
представляет собой самостоятельную
систему, занимающую исключительное
положение среди других органных
сосудистых бассейнов и тесно связанную с
интегративными регуляторными
механизмами ВНС.
In this research some characteristics of central and
cerebral hemodynamics in somatoform autonomic
dysfunction have been studied, using an ultrasound and
estimating the Resistive Index and the average Blood
Flow Linear Velocity in the internal carotid artery. The
Cardiac Index has also been investigated and
compared with patients’ hemodynamic types pre- and
post-treatment in order to study some adaptation
processes.
